Terms of Service

By accessing or using KerjaPlus ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

KerjaPlus provides AI-powered career tools including but not limited to:

• Resume analysis and scoring (Resume Critic)
• ATS compatibility simulation (ATS Check)
• Job description matching (Job Match)
• AI-powered resume building and rewriting
• AI career path matching
• Interview preparation coaching
• CV submission to a passive talent pool (Drop Your CV)
• Manual resume optimisation by our team (Resume Studio)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.

To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and not share it with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

KerjaPlus offers Free, Plus, and Pro subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) on a monthly or annual basis.

• Billing — Charges are processed at the start of each billing cycle via WhatsApp-assisted payment as facilitated by our team.
• Cancellation — You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds — We offer a 7-day refund policy on first-time paid subscriptions. Contact us at support@kerjaplus.my within 7 days of your first charge.
• Price changes — We will provide at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Upload content that is fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from our platform through automated means.
• Share your account credentials with others or attempt to circumvent our subscription system.
• Use AI-generated outputs to misrepresent your qualifications to employers.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

All content, features, branding, and technology on KerjaPlus are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain full ownership of the resume content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

Our AI tools generate suggestions, rewrites, and analysis based on patterns learned from general professional data. While we strive for accuracy and quality:

• AI outputs are recommendations only and should be reviewed before use.
• We do not guarantee that using our tools will result in employment outcomes.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any resume or application material you submit to employers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KerjaPlus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, loss of data, or loss of revenue.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
